Interpretation

Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping services only within Malaysia. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

2. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of size or quantity. There are no additional delivery charges or handling fees applied at checkout.

3. Processing Time

Once your Order is placed and confirmed, we will begin processing it immediately. All Orders will be packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

4. Shipping Timeframe

All Orders are estimated to be delivered within 7 business days from the date of Order confirmation. This timeline includes order processing, packing, and transit time. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Malaysia, as well as unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays. While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, we appreciate your understanding in cases of rare delays.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted local courier services and logistics providers to ensure that your Goods arrive safely and on time. Once your Order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information via email or SMS, if applicable.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the shipping address provided. If no one is available to receive the Goods, the courier may reschedule the delivery or leave a notification with further instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

7. Order Tracking

In cases where tracking is available, we will provide you with a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your shipment. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of your Order confirmation, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If an Order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. In such cases, additional arrangements may be necessary before the Goods can be reshipped.

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, there may be instances beyond our control that cause delays.
